"I make it a point to be easily available to every client.  I take calls myself or I call people right back as soon as I'm free.  You'll see that when you call.  It's very important to me to stay in close contact with every client, to be there to offer my advice, to give updates, or just to offer reassurance.  I think keeping in touch with my clients as their cases develop is a big part of how I try to make every case as strong as possible. I know that as a client you may not be used to talking to an attorney and you really can't be familiar with how these things play out, so you're going to have questions.  You're going to have concerns.  I never think any question is stupid or not worth asking -- I look at every call or email as an opportunity to help to guide the client.  We both want the same basic thing, which is to be sure the case is as strong as possible. When you are my client, I'm there for you to help you get there.

That's the way to bring a case along to make sure that you get that big money settlement or award.  Also, that kind of personal contact is what makes so many clients feel comfortable sending in friends and family members for their legal needs, and it's what makes you come back as a client to my firm the next time, and every time, you need an attorney.
